Emma Emma... you're killing me

Seriously, this hair.  I have short hair lust, and I've had it ever since I did the pixie back in 95'.  But This time I will not fall weak! (chants: I will not cut my hair, I will not cut my hair, I will not cut my hair...) I have promised my husband mermaid hair.  That's right! long soft flowing hair and I'm more than half way there. I will not cut my hair... I will not cut my hair...I...will...not....cut...my..hair.....

Must have been a good night..

Because this is the only pic I have from my bday...

I will add that I had some pretty amazing food at a restaurant called "Bocca" in toronto. I will pretty much recommend everything on that menu!

I don't normally bake but I thought it would be nice to have something for my hotel guests to munch on, so I totally Martha Stewart'd it and pumped out some cupcakes and toblerone cookies!

But the cupcakes looked like this before I even got them in the car...

I'm just gonna take a cupcake fail.

It ain't pretty, but it's real.. sadly

If you are stumped on buying the perfect gift for someone, look no further.  I came across this site a month ago and still every time I see the videos or read the journal I cry.  Falling Whistles.  100% of the proceeds go towards helping restore the lives of war-affected children.  Aside from receiving a whistle you may have just saved a child's life.  Isn't that worth more then $34 out of your pocket?

Help spread the word about this amazing cause and wear your protest.

I've already purchased one for myself and for xmas gifts :)
